Chef Sean will present tasting plates of butternut squash soup; roast turkey with chestnut stuffing; green beans with parmesan, almond and kale; mashed potatoes with garlic; whipped sweet potatoes with camelized apples; cranberry confit and a dessert. Recipes will be provided for all foods.
Chris Wojtowicz of Wandering Epicurean will present a selection of fine wines to accompany the foods. Wines will be available at a 20% discount for your own holiday entertaining. $45.00 per person for food and wine. Reservations Required by November 8th.
